MSV Metal Studénka on the Ice
It has become a tradition for us to organize group ice-skating events for our employees and their families. To ensure everyone could skate to their heart’s content and enjoy a morning full of exercise and fun, we rented the entire ice rink at the Winter Stadium in Studénka. People of all ages took part in the event, from beginners to near-professional skaters. 😊 The youngest participants got to try slalom skating, which was not only fun for them but also a little challenge. The enthusiasm was huge, and all the kids enjoyed the course with smiles on their faces. Meanwhile, more experienced skaters could try their hand at shooting on the goalie, where they showcased their hockey skills, speed, and accuracy, doing their best to beat the professional goalie. Some attempts—and there were plenty of them—resulted in beautiful goals, while others were thwarted by excellent saves from the goalie, who had his hands full the entire time.
The friendly hockey match between the MSV Metal Studénka team and the Třinecké železárny team was just as successful. The game was very evenly matched from the first minute and remained thrilling until the very end. Both teams put on incredible performances, striving to gain the upper hand and score. The game was full of great hockey plays and fantastic saves by the goalies. In the end, the winner was decided by a shootout, in which the MSV team won 2-0. The atmosphere was fantastic throughout. Colleagues and their families came to support our hockey players and created an excellent fan base. But it wasn’t just about the result—the main thing was getting together, the sporting experience, and the time spent with colleagues and their loved ones.
